Meet  Chef  Kevin Nguyen—the creative force behind our family‑owned Saigonville Restaurant. A graduate of Northwestern Culinary Arts with a focus on Saigon‑style Vietnamese cuisine, Kevin infuses classic Saigon flavours with refined Western techniques to craft dishes you won’t find anywhere else.
Before opening Saigonville with his family, Kevin spent two years as Chef de Partie at a Michelin‑recognized street‑food hotspot on Vancouver’s Commercial Drive, where he became known for rolling out bold, crowd‑pleasing specials. Born and raised in Saigon, he brings more than 18 years of hospitality know‑how and a warm, customer‑first spirit to every service.
